The Elia Nuqul Scholarship Fund aims to encourage the development of youth in Jordan through access to higher education at universities, community colleges or through vocational training.

ENF provides access to capacity building and training to help scholars in their transition into adulthood and the work force through a wide array of practical, hands-on training programs and activities.

Good citizenship and social solidarity are key developmental concepts that ENF seeks to ingrain in youth to inspire hope, encourage volunteer work, and broaden their horizons.

ENF endeavors to build generations capable of  leading and catalyzing positive change. Based on this goal, ENF established the ‘Elia Nuqul Foundation Fellowship Network
